missingWrote a review on 01 Decrustic charmeight-course menuhomemade shortbreadmeal pacing
Tucked away with only four rooms, this place had an inviting character with rustic charm, featuring exposed bricks and beams. The eight-course tasting menu stole the show, brilliantly showcasing locally sourced ingredients, while the delightful complimentary homemade shortbread set the tone for an indulgent stay.
While the kitchen dazzled with its culinary flair, the pacing of meals could use a little fine-tuning—some courses arrived quicker than expected, which might leave you feeling a touch rushed during dinner. the room, though charming, had a bit of road noise in the morning that might not sit well with light sleepers, so requesting a quieter room could be a smart move.

The food quality was fantastic, especially the bagels, and the staff provided friendly service while accommodating our dog. room 4 was a letdown. the paintwork was very messy, and the bathroom cleanliness fell short, with a windowsill covered in dead flies and a ceiling hole. the dishes in the restaurant were stained or chipped, impacting the overall dining experience.
